My focus centred on devising the strategy and direction for Sony Music's first foray into ecommerce - seamlessly integrating a web shop into the existing Sony Music Australia site.

This innovative platform allowed users to access artist, album, and song information, listen to previews, and seamlessly purchase full albums or individual tracks. My responsibilities encompassed designing user flows, interactions, and curating the overall look and feel of the platform.

Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with both internal and external developers, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from conception through testing to final implementation.

Our technology provided users with a transformative experience, enabling live, 3D viewing with real-time data directly from the boats. Users could select races, camera angles, and even access weather conditions on the course, as well as photos, video and commentary direct from the press boats offering unparalleled engagement and interactivity.

This groundbreaking success propelled the expansion of our technology's application across various live events, spanning motorsport, golf, cricket, and beyond.
